The staff here was incredibly friendly and outstandingly accommodating while some stood out; truly enjoyed our rooms with clean, comfortable beds, and the amazing breakfast had plenty of options.

The room was good sized, I had nice experience.
My room included central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making equipment. The location was good and excellent yet it was quite a walk from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

Enjoyed our room that was kept at just the right temperature and available with welcome easy chair and clear TV, for example. A shower and a hairdryer was a plus. The venue was in a central location close to bars and restaurants, a taxi, and the airport and Hale itself👌👌

Location was good for meals out & breakfast next day. Close to Tatton flower show. You had facilties for a triple room.
furnishings a bit old & tacky Beds would have looked better with valances on them to hide stained bed bases. Stain on ceiling. One light fitting did not work. more plugs in room.

My original room was dirty, overheated with stained marked furniture, but the v.v.hot pipes made it impossible to sit, never mind sleep in. The receptionist on duty was v.helpful and managed to get me another room, still hot, but because it had more air coming in I could sleep.
The heat from the pipes running through the room was at a dangerous level. I would not have taken a child into those rooms. I had to sleep with only the duvet cover, no duvet. This wasn't during a spell of hot weather!

The price was fantastic and the location is ideal for the night life in Hale and the airport. Prices at the hotel bar are reasonable, bar staff are friendly.
Not impressed with the £2.00 charge to use a debit card.The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Car parking prices could be a problem if you park during the day at Cecil Road car park.
